The auto maker Jaguar Land Rover Corporation(“Land Rover”) won a lawsuit over the Chinese car manufacturer Jiangling Motors Co., Ltd. (“Jiangling”) whose model “Landwind X7” was allegedly copying Land Rover´s model, the Range Rover “Evoque”.
